The second AccorHotels F&B conference was a bigger event than the first and with a higher expectation. Apart from revamping the PPT presentations of key speakers, we designed an interactive PDF e-agenda that was sent out to all invitees and speakers, shared via email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and etc. The response to the e-Agenda was very positive.
